Job Description:
We are looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator to join the team. As Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will play a crucial role in enhancing online presence, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
