Social Media Account Director - Manchester (Hybrid Working) - up to £50,000

We're on the lookout for an awesome Social Media Account Director to join our dynamic crew at this social marketing agency. If you're driven by working in a place that's growing like crazy and surrounded by a top-notch team, keep reading.

You will need 2 years previous experience in an Account Director role, agency experience is a must (bonus points if it's a social agency). Social and influencer experience is required - we want someone who gets it and Team management skills (3-5 people).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Get the lowdown on what's shaking in our clients' businesses and help them navigate the ever-changing market.
• Lead and inspire a cool team of 3 - 5 account managers and executives, making sure everyone's on the right track.
• Smash those targets, keep things on budget, and make sure our social-first and creator campaigns for big-name brands are nothing short of amazing.
• Streamline processes and be the go-to person for our clients, making sure they get top-notch service and giving our global clients something to rave about.
• Juggle multiple projects like a pro and keep the whole team organized.
• Build killer relationships with clients and partner agencies.
• Use your killer analytical skills to forecast accurately and keep things running well
