What will you do?
- Work directly with a supportive and established Partner
- Advise registered providers of social housing of all sizes, both small and large in property charging transactions
- Negotiating this with the funder's solicitors
- Complete due diligence in order to draft a Certificate of Title
- Advise on Council collateral warranties
- Identifying issues that may impact chargeability or the valuation attainable and identifying solutions
- Enjoy support from both senior and junior
What will you need?
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 2 years’ social housing/property charging law experience
- Relevant experience gained in a recognised team
- A willingness for continued learning and professional development
