Small Works Manager - Electrical

Small Works Manager - Electrical required for our client, a family-run electrical contractor based in North-West London.

Our client has been in business for over 30 year's and specialises in the electrical maintenance, repairs, and testing for luxury residential complexes across London. Due to expansion, our client is looking for either an Electrical Manager or a Senior Electrician looking for their next career step to join the business.

Small Works Manager - Electrical Position Remuneration

• Salary £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
• Working hours 7:30am - 5pm
• Travel expenses paid for
• 28 days holiday (20 days + bank holidays)

Small Works Manager - Electrical Position Requirements

• Liaising directly with high-end clients to discuss ongoing and upcoming small electrical projects
• Managing multiple electrical projects and contracts at one time, ranging from £2k - £10k
• Managing a team of 10+ Electrician's at one time across London, whilst providing technical assistance to clients and team members
• Following up on completed contracts to ensure that the client is happy and any remedial works are completed ASAP

Small Works Manager - Electrical Position Requirements

• Strong electrical background with a history of Electrician / Electrical Supervisor positions held
• Previous experience in an Electrical Manager / Small Works Manager position desirable but not essential
• Based within a commutable distance of NW10 postcode
• Electrical qualifications such as JIB Card and 17th/18th Edition essential
• Inspection and Testing / SSSTS / JIB Black Card desirable
• Full UK driving licence, along with access to a vehicle
