Small Claims Litigation Paralegal

Vibrant law firm based in Orpington, Kent have a new, full time position for a Small Claims Handler/Litigation Paralegal. The role is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to progress their career and to learn about the litigation process. You will be responsible for running your own portfolio of small claims RTA cases whilst working with the support of an experienced team. The claims are received from a motor insurer client and you will be responsible for pro-actively managing the cases through to settlement, working on behalf of insurance companies handling those claims.
 
The successful candidate will run their own caseload of small claims RTA matters from pre-litigation through to completion so some experience in running cases or the litigation process is expected. Candidates will also be expected to undertake various administration as needed. This is a permanent, office based role with a competitive salary according to experience.
