Job Description:

Randstad are currently recruiting for a Slinger to support their construction operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on-site, contributing to the overall productivity and success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and accurately sling loads using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Coordinate with crane operators and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient material handling.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Inspect and maintain slinging equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
  • Assist in other general labor tasks on the construction site as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Blue CPCS for a slinger/banksman
  • Proven experience working as a Slinger in a construction or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
