Are you actively looking for a new role? Interested in working onsite in the water industry? If so, please read on!

I am looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a Tier 1 contractor working in the Medway area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.

Role: Site Supervisor

Location: Medway

Contract: Freelance

Rate: £350-£400 per day

When: ASAP

Duties will include:

  • Reporting directly to the Site Agent.
  • Coordinate and control initial site set-up, actively installing systems and procedures.
  • Rigorously apply and enforce methods and controls to ensure the most effective and continuous use of resources.
  • Appraise the security risk to all Thames property under your control and install security levels commensurate to the relative values.
  • Actively support the Site Manager to maintain and enforce safety standards as required by statute and in accordance with Thames water safety policies.
  • Work to method statements and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance to all HS&E policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

  • Experience within civils and water treatment industry (Non-Infrastructure)
  • ONC or HNC in a construction discipline
  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS/SSSTS
  • First Aid
  • Preferably confined space trained

Skills Desirable:

  • Ambitious and dynamic personality
  • Experienced working in the water and wastewater industry with civils experience.
  • Construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveries
  • Someone with a commitment to Right first time
  • Ideally have 5 years water experience
