Our client is currently recruiting for a Site Manager. The ideal candidate would have worked in a similar role previously, ideally for a specialist contractor. The successful candidate will take control of refurbishment projects in London, overseeing the project from strip out to finishing and hand-over.

Main responsibilities:

  • General day to day running of the site.
  • Maintaining high standards of Health and Safety.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the required high standard.
  • Liaising with head office and sub-contractors.
  • Interacting directly with clients and architects.
  • Keeping control of the budget and programme.

What they require:

  • Experience within the similar role in refurbishment contracts.
  • Good management skills.
  • Clean UK Driving Licence.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aider Qualifications will be an asset.

  • Starting salary 35K - 45K, regular increases based on performance.

If successful after the interview there will be a week's trial and then a 3-month contract with possibility of long-term contract. If you meet their expectations and requirements, there will be a potential of pay rise.
