I'm currently working with a Manchester based Main contractor who specialise in Commercial refurbs of Office Spaces, Labs, Warehouses, etc to help them find a new Site Manager to join the team.

Their works include Standard Office fitouts between £100k - £3m as well as larger projects up to £8m which involve structural Alterations and RC frame extensions. I've included further points below.

Permanent Site Manager
Manchester Based
Cat A, Cat B, Office Fit Out £500k - £10m, average size £1m - £3m.
95% Central Manchester workload, other 5% Warrington business park
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Package: Company Van, Fuel Card, Bonus Scheme (10% of salary on average) Discretionary
Start date: asap
Certs Required: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Driving License
