Job Spec
My client is a local main contractor that complete projects up to a value of £15m across multiple different sectors within 50 miles of the Cambridgeshire area.

Due to multiple successful tenders; multiple current managers nearing retirement and a new growth & expansion plan they're looking to take on multiple new Site Managers on a permanent basis to help carry & grow alongside the company.
They cover a wide variety of projects including Newbuild, Design & Build, Large RC Frame Extensions, Conversions & refurb projects. They work across multiple sectors including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial & Residential (apartments).

Title: Site Manager
Location: Cambridge (within 40 miles)
Salary: £55k - £60k (experience pending)
Hours/Shifts: Mon - Fri, 7:30 - 4:30pm

Package: Company car or Company Van with Mileage or a Fuel Card, company profit share, death in service, regular company events, pension, holidays etc.

Must Have: Good IT Skills, CSCS Black or White, SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ level 6 or equivalent in Construction Management.

Interviews are being held from Monday 29th April onwards
Start date: From Monday 6th May Onwards.
