Are you a Site manager with experience working on high rise apartments?

My clients is looking for a manager to join their team working on a residential project comprises three blocks totalling 722 Apartments.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

  • Proven track record of working for a drylining subcontractor or package manager within a main contractor environment.
  • Relevant industry tickets and certificates.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate project teams to work to strict programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
  • Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

  • Salary & Package on offer:

    • Base £45k - £55k
