Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices on the construction site.
  • Assist in the management of site personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, quality issues, and areas for improvement.
