Acorn by Synergie are looking for a Site Manger for a commercial new build and refurb project in Central Bristol (BS2).

This will be starting in the second week of May.

Requirments are as follows:

- SMSTS

- Black CSCS card

- First Aid

- Relevant experience preferably in a commercial setting

Duties:

- Management of subcontractors.

- Oversight of build program and budget.

- Site meetings with line manager.

- Maintain site paperwork.

- Overall responsibility of health and safety.

- Management of materials and labour.

- Site level problem solving and provide solutions.

In return we can offer:

- Parking on site

- 10 months work

- Day rate of £300 avaliable CIS
