Site Manager – Internal Apartment Fit-Out

Zeal Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with demonstrable experience of working on internal apartment fit-out projects.

The Site Manager duties will be:

• Management and co-ordination of all contractors, both direct and sub-contract
• Site inductions and toolbox talks
• Ensuring trades have all materials required to complete works
• Monitor attendance and punctuality of workers
• Upholding and enforcing company Health & Safety policy, company procedures and practices.
• Direct report for Site Supervisor and trades
• Communicating with clients about project progress
• Liaising with Contract Manager, Project Manager and other peers about the progress of the projects, including any issues that may have an impact on timelines
• Making sure works are being completed within the specified timeframe and programme of works are being achieved
• Instructing workers on site of daily objectives
• Assisting trades should they require any help as from time to time you may be required to jump on the tools
• Conduct regular inspections on-site to make everything is as it should be including PPE requirements are being adhered to.
• Encourage and mentor workers on site
• Working alongside site QS
• Any other duties assigned

As a Site Manager you will need:

• SMSTS - compulsory
• CSCS Black card
• Valid driving licence
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• First Aid
• Fire Marshall Training
