Our client are a respected long standing, family ran contractor who specialise in refurbishment of heritage/grade listed buildings. The team have many within that have worked for the company for 10+ years, which is a testament to how they look after their staff.

The Site Manager - Requirements

  • Experienced in fine finishes
  • Historical/Listed experience
  • Stone/Concrete repair
  • Excellent organisational & team management skills
  • Construction background
  • External Refurbishments

What we’d like from you

• Proven Site Management experience

• Willingness to travel to Sites

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills

• Self-motivated personality

• Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude

• Organisation and time management skills
