Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of commercial glazing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial glazing projects from start to finish.
• Supervise site staff, including subcontractors, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, site diaries, and financial documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial glazing industry, with a strong background in managing projects of varying size and complexity.
• Thorough knowledge of specialist windows, curtain walling, door systems, and securing fencing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required to project sites across the UK.
• Valid driving license.
