Site Manager - Barnet Temp to Perm

Our client is a well-reputed SME residential developer that operates within the realm of building sought-after New Homes in London and the Home Counties.

They are currently seeking a dependable and committed Assistant or fully fledged Site Manager for an exciting project in North London, Barnet. Applicants must have 2-3 years of experience with a major residential developer or contractor in a comparable role.

• The role will involve managing internal works but there will be some external works involved too

The position is available for immediate start, with the possibility of transitioning from a temporary to a permanent role if desired. Candidates must hold CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications.

The perfect Assistant / Site Manager should meet the following criteria

• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a CSCS.
• Managed volume schemes, overseeing internal works
• Good IT and programming skills
• Ideally a trade background
• Proficiency in Health and Safety procedures, including the ability to create Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs). Proficiency in overseeing labor and supervising subcontractors.
