Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful delivery of landscaping superprime residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the successful delivery of landscaping superprime residential projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work with the team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and status.
  • Work with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Work with the team to develop and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a site foreman in the construction industry.
  • Experience working on landscaping superprime residential projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
