Responsible to (reporting relationship) - Site Services Manager

Responsible for staff/equipment - Van + Equipment

Main purpose of job

Attend construction sites representing the company on all occasions in a tidy and professional manner, using the tools, vehicles and equipment in accordance with instructions given to you at induction or as new jobs are issued to you.

Main duties

Take instructions from all office staff as and when necessary.

Travel to site in a safe manner arriving in general at 8.00 am.

Attending inductions on sites as required

Operating power and hand tools as trained.

Reading instructions and interpreting drawings and sketches as needed

Drilling, fixing, cutting, sealing, and completing the works and operations as instructed.

Working in and around the UK as needed and if required staying away during the working week.

Completing all paperwork as instructed including recording site activities and conditions.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Manual skills and driving abilities.

MRSS will provide / arrange for the following trade cards and training.

CSCS accreditation

IPAF - Operation of mobile platforms

NVQ Level 2 in Liquid plastics application

Working at height

Abrasive wheels

Previous experience

None necessary

Special aptitudes (e.g. oral or written skills, manual dexterity, etc)

Listening

Attention to Detail

Team Player

£12.00 per hour - Basic 40-hour week

£300 monthly KPI Bonus

£12.00 per hour - travel hours

£10.00 per month mobile phone or MRSS will provide.

£5.00 per day subs

£15.00 - lodge away allowance every night working away

22 days holiday rising to 25 after 3 years' service
