Job Title: Site Engineer (Liverpool Project)

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (commensurate with experience). + Bonus / Car Allowance / Pension

Location: Elland (Project in Liverpool)

Project Description: They are embarking on an exciting project in Liverpool, involving the construction of two large industrial units. These units will feature a robust steel frame, comprehensive drainage systems, and a total investment of £8 million. As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of this project.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. This is a permanent role, and we anticipate that the Site Engineer will continue working with us even after the completion of the Liverpool project.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Manage documentation, including drawings, reports, and project records.
• Coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including steel structures and drainage systems.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
