Your new company
You will be joining a main contractor working on water schemes in the West Midlands region. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader within the water sector and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to join their team.

Your new role
As Site Agent, you will be based on sites predominantly in the Birmingham area and be responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining responsibility for the commercial performance of projects, producing and managing the project programme, ensuring detailed site diaries are completed, managing subcontractors and direct labour, understanding and interpreting project drawings and specifications as well as holding responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have proven successful experience of managing the successful delivery of clean water and/or wastewater schemes from inception though to completion. In addition, you will hold a CSCS card, SMSTS (or IOSH Managing Safely) and First Aid qualification and have working knowledge of NEC contract conditions. Finally, you will have strong communication and team management skills.
