Robert Half are currently seeking an Interim SIPP Manager to join our client's team in central Bristol (with excellent hybrid working options) for a 12-month contract.

This role is an essential and crucial for the business with the purpose to provide a high quality of service across a SIPP administration team for a period of 12 months.

Start Date: Flexible

Duration: 12 months

Salary: Negotiable - Extremely competitive rate

Hybrid working - Central Bristol with excellent flexibility & hybrid working

Working hours - The working hours are 35 hours per week

You will be responsible for:

  • Management of case load to ensure procedures are followed for reporting non-compliance to the Administration Manager.
  • Dealing with all aspects of SIPP administration including illustration requests,
  • Investments, retirements, transfers in, transfers out and deaths.
  • Dealing with communications to and from clients and intermediaries whether in writing, by
  • email or over the phone.
  • Ensuring SIPP team adhere to service standards & reporting any failings
  • Dealing with payments from scheme accounts using the system and ensuring that
  • all payments comply with the company Client Money policy.
  • Monitoring team workloads and performance and reporting findings monthly to the
  • Administration Manager.
