We are currently recruiting MULTIPLE Event Assistants to join the dynamic and collaborative team at our client's luxury showrooms in Clerkenwell.

? CONTRACT: Temp

? HOURS: 08:30am-20:30pm or 10:00-19:00pm or 9.30AM - 7.30PM

?? START: Tuesday 21st May

?? END: Thursday 23rd May

?? LOCATION: Walking distance from Barbican Station

?? PAY: £13.15 per hour

Our client is seeking outstanding individuals who are passionate about providing a fantastic experience for event attendees. As an Event Assistant, you will have the opportunity to welcome clients and VIPs to the event, greet them at the door and provide them with any necessary information or assistance. You will also have the chance to offer and provide refreshments, ensuring everyone is well taken care of. It's all about delivering excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for all clients.

?? DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Welcoming clients and VIPs to the event
• Greeting clients and attendees at the door and directing them on where to go
• Answering any queries about event details
• Offering and providing refreshments to clients
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients
• Providing coffee or beverages to clients

?? SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Confident and effective communicator
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• A friendly and positive person with strong attention to detail
• A professional individual with the ability to hit the ground running
