Customer Service Clerk - Shipping (Office Based) Mon-Fri 

Liaising with Ports, Depots, Clients and Overseas Customers

Arranging and making Bookings

Streamlining smooth transition of shipments and alerting all parties of any delay and /or timings 

Booking Containers (20' & 40')

Liaising with Accounts, Marketing and Operations

Good communication skills essential

Application questions

hold british passport, spousal visa, dependent visa or UK settled status?
Possess excellent English communication skills Verbal & written?
Have current shipping customer service experience?
Good knowledge of Container logistics and sizes?
