The Company are extremely well established and is a truly British manufacturer. They are a market leader within its chosen field of specialism and are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased growth in their market share.

• Shift/Production Manager Experience.
• Manufacturing Planning within FMCG/Food.
• HACCP BRC knowledge.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing base, proven ability to manage under pressure within a BRC, HACCP GPM and QMS audited environment, as well as the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach in this shop floor management role. The challenge will involve the management of a multi-disciplined workforce including the management of all Key Performance Indicators including productivity, efficiency, and quality. Based within the filling department the successful candidate will work on a continental shift pattern ensuring that production targets are achieved in line with product quality standards. Longer term opportunities also exist to progress within this dynamic forward-thinking organisation with a structured management career path. The company offer a huge amount of variety on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
