Our client a leading Industrial is seeking a SHEQ Manager to lead a team of 2 and be part of the senior leadership team, based in Bramshall and paying between £45,000 - £55,000 with potentially some movement for someone amazing and they offer a 4-day working week too.

What will you be doing?

As the SHEQ Manager you will be leading all things Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality related for an innovative business where you will oversee and develop 2 team members. Working with the Leadership team you will implement the SHEQ strategy and improve current standards, whilst keeping abreast of regulatory changes, as well as audits. You will have a varied role to encompass all elements including accident investigation, creation and delivery of training and being a subject matter expert for the business to call upon

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this SHEQ Manager role you will ideally come from an Industrial sector background with experience gained in ISO 14001 & 45001 Management with Nebosh certification and IOSH memberships who is capable of carrying out the above duties, being a leader in the business and go to for all things SHEQ
