Graduate Environmental 12-month placement

Full time 37 hours per week

Duxford with 1 day working from home

This is an excellent placement opportunity for a recent graduate in the Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility or Environmental, Social and Governance fields.

The role

As our safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) Intern you’ll be supporting the SHEQ team with data gathering, analysing, and reporting on KPI’s related to greenhouse gas, streamlined energy and carbon (SECR), extended producer responsibility (EPR), battery returns, waste, water, energy, transport, customer and supplier impacts, health & safety, quality and fleet management.

You’ll also be involved in identifying improvement opportunities, proposal development and internal and external audits, including ISO certifications.

Requirements:

  • Degree in environmental science, sustainability, CSR, or related field
  • Proficient in using IT and software systems/applications
  • Strong analytical skills
