Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator

Location: Leeds

Salary: £15.30ph

Metalis are currently in partnership with one of the UK's leading engineering companies based in Leeds. Our client is looking to hire a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator on a 12-week temporary to permanent role.

Duties and responsibilities:

• MIG & TIG welding.
• Welding and fabrication working with various materials such as steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
• Interpreting technical drawings.
• Ensure tolerances and parameters are met to satisfy quality and output.
• Operating cnc press brake machines.

Person Specification:

• Ideally apprentice trained or time served welder/ fabricator.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings for parts to be fabricated/welded.
• Qualified city & guilds sheet metal fabricator.
• Experience operating cnc press brakes.

Shifts and Salary:

• £15.30ph.
• Days regular.
• Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm.
• Friday - 7.30am - 1.30pm.
• 12 weeks temporary to permanent role.
• Overtime available at time and a half.
