We have a wonderful opportunity to work for a family run Global Market Leader who have been established for nearly 80 years and are based just outside of Uxbridge.

We are looking for a sewing machinist who has had experience in working with industrial sewing machines and working with a challenging range of fabrics.

Salary is £24K-£27K per annum + great benefits.

Hours are 08.00-16.45 Monday to Thursday with a 12pm early finish on Fridays.

You will be using patterns to cut out your templates dictated from technical drawings and instructions.

You will have excellent hand to eye coordination and cut fabrics accurately.

You will also need to understand weft and weave techniques.

Also, you will need to understand simple maintenance of the sewing machines for example changing needles.

There is fantastic training and mentorship, and you will be provided with a personalised training and development plan.
