Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, a specialist business within Marlowe Fire and Security Group, are looking for an experienced Installation Scheduler to join their team.

  • Competitive basic salary between £23,000 & £24,000
  • Royal London Pension

Our Scheduler's

Will assist in the set up and execution of scheduling our engineers to attend site visits.

  • Assisting in implementing, planning, and organizing jobs for our engineers
  • liaising with clients and the admin team to ensure timescales and deadlines are met.
  • Obtain site access information and arrange service visits to suit the customer.
  • Arranging site access with clients for our engineer visits.
  • Data entry onto our CRM system and customer portals.
  • Creating invoices and completing general administration duties.
  • Providing cover where required.
  • Create weekly reports to provide information on current, completed and outstanding workloads.

Who We're Looking For

In addition to having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team..... For this opportunity, we are specifically looking for candidates who offer:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Excellent planning and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to use initiative to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent keyboard skills including word processing, updating databases and excel spreadsheet applications.
  • Training will be provided
