Elevate Projects are recruiting a Service Officer position on behalf of one of our valued clients. This exciting opportunity is predominantly office and community-based working, on a temporary contract.

Role expectations consist of:

  • Viewing and tenancy sign ups
  • Tenancy Management
  • Signposting and referral support for agencies
  • Safeguarding referrals, reporting incidents.
  • Welfare checks
  • Basic benefit and income advice
  • Maintaining records
  • Weekly health and safety site inspection

It’s essential for applicants to have.

  • An enhanced DBS
  • Previous working housing experience
