Service Manager - Wealth Management - London, Newcastle or Edinburgh (hybrid working)

My client, a leading Wealth Management firm, is looking for a Service Manager to join them on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate will work on all aspects of service management in their Custody and Settlements function.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

  • Established experience of working as a Service Manager in either the Investment, Asset or Wealth Management sectors.
  • Proven experience of working with difficult and complex third party vendor/suppliers.
  • Previous experience of independently managing and resolving service management issues and incidents.
  • Strong IT or technical service management background.


Start date: ASAP

Salary: Between £70,000 to £85,000 per year, based off experience (plus benefits)

Location: London, Newcastle or Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)
