Additional information: 
On-call (1 in 4 weeks), £100/week when on-call
 
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our support services for adults with ASD. As a permanent role within our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to individuals experiencing social exclusion. By joining the team, you'll have the opportunity to be an ambassador for misrepresented people, and champion the values, culture, and behaviours, of this charity making a real impact on the lives of adults with complex needs.
  • Lead and manage support services for adults with ASD.
  • Champion the values and culture of this charity providing a platform for service users to feel empowered.
  • Supervise and support a team of direct reports.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of care and support requirements for individuals experiencing social exclusion
  • Proven experience in working with young adults with complex needs.
  • Effective workload management and supervision skills
  • Strong understanding of ASD and the ability to provide tailored support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in social care, psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Additional training in ASD support and care
