Position - Service Manager
Employment type - Permanent
Location - Bath, Wiltshire
Salary - GBP28,700 p.a. plus GBP100 per on-call session
Hours - 37.5 worked Monday 9am to 5pm with some on-call

About the role - As a Service Manager, you will be part of the operations team and report to the Regional Manager. This is a project that helps service users at risk of homeless, or who have been subject to domestic violence, get on their feet and ideally back into employment. Your duties will be to manage your teams KPI performance and ensure contractual obligations are upheld to the highest quality. You will have budgetary responsibilities and will quality check the levels of service with clients to drive continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -You will need a good understanding around what supporting people experiencing social exclusion looks like, and be an experienced man-manager who can manage a busy workload.
