As a Service/Installation Engineer, you'll be our superhero in the field, diagnosing faults, replacing components, and working closely with our maintenance team to ensure all jobs are completed swiftly and to our high standards.

What Will You Be Doing?

-Diagnosing & Fixing:You'll be the go-to person for diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs. Your magic touch will bring our products back to life!

-On-Site Efficiency:Your punctuality for onsite inductions will be key in keeping our operations smooth and efficient.

-Project Management:You'll handle various service maintenance and installation projects, showcasing your skill in managing multiple tasks.

-Communication is Key:Liaising with customers and teams will be part of your daily routine. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.

-Attention to Detail:You'll provide accurate and timely reports on the jobs you complete.

What We Need from You

-Skills:Highly organised, methodical, problem-solving wizard with the ability to work independently.

-Flexibility:Open to shift work, weekend rota, andworking away (all compensated financially)

-Qualifications:Electrical certification (17th/18th Edition), City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations (or equivalent), and experience in our industry are a plus!
