Do you have previous experience working with Waste Water Treatment?

Attega Group is currently partnering with a leading Waste Water Treatment company in recruiting a Service Engineer to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is carry out preventative maintenance, commissioning, refurbishment and breakdowns across their Water Treatment sites in the UK and Ireland

In return, our client is offering a salary of £30,000, depending on experience

25 days holiday plus bank (And Birthday)

This will be a full time, permanent role of 37.5 hours a week

Reporting to the Operations Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Mechanical Engineering on Waste Water Treatment sites
  • Mechanical Maintenance, Commissioning, Refurbishment and Breakdowns across their sites in the UK and Ireland
  • Changing of Bearings
  • Use of Hand Tools (Provided by the company)
  • Extensive working away from home

The ideal candidate:

  • A City and Guilds level or equivalent within Mechanical Engineering
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with previous client facing experience.
  • Punctual and presentable.
  • Knowledge and experience in water treatment is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Passionate about providing a first-class service to our customers.
  • Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution.
  • A good level of IT competency.
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work for long periods away from home as required
