Service Engineer

T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer for our client based in Loughborough on a permanent basis.

Our client is an industry leader in LEV dust and fume extraction systems and due to a period of growth, are looking for a Service Engineer to join their team. They offer training and progression opportunities so if you are looking for a change in career then this could be the opportunity for you.

The role requires a flexible approach including working away and some weekend work. Although their office is based in Loughborough, this role is field based therefore we welcome applicants from across the UK.

Service Engineer Job Benefits;

• £30-45k per annum dependant on experience
• Core hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm but there will be early starts and late finishes
• 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays

Service Engineer Job Duties;

• Testing dust and fume extraction systems
• Taking readings
• Producing and uploading reports
• Servicing dust and fume extraction systems
• Attending breakdowns and installs
• Completing minor repairs
• All other associated tasks as required

Service Engineer Person Specification;

• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Mechanical knowledge
• Computer literate
• Strong verbal and written skills
• A good mathematical understanding
• Understanding of P601 and P602 is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
• Full UK Driving License
