Service Engineer

The Role of the Service Engineer

  • Maintain, repair installations, and optimise customer fluidpower and/or electrical equipment.

  • Responding to service calls and providing on-site assistance.

  • Strict adherence to all relevant Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) procedures.

  • Identifying and diagnosing issues within fluid power systems.

  • Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance.

  • Maintaining accurate records of system maintenance activities and repairs.

Benefits of the Service Engineer

  • £28,000 - £38,000 depending on experience

The Ideal Person for the Service Engineer

  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

  • Experience maintaining, repairing, and installing fluid power systems, including compressed air and hydraulic components.

  • Willing to travel to customer sites.

  • Strong communication skills.
