Service Engineer
Job Description
  • Responsible for the routine service, repairs on a wide range of automatic, High speed Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) technologies, at a range of customers, predominantly around London and the Home Counties.
  • Clear communication, including a high level of reporting.
  • Efficiently diagnose issues and find solutions.
  • Ability to take ownership of a job and see it through to completion.
  • Timely escalation to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Able to work within an ISO Quality driven company.
  • To follow all health and Safety legislation

Service Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Autogate experience is a strong benefit.
  • Welding certification would be a great advantage.
  • Electrical and Mechanical bias will help enormously.
  • Adaptable to changing work demands.
