Service Engineer
Job Description
- Responsible for the routine service, repairs on a wide range of automatic, High speed Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) technologies, at a range of customers, predominantly around London and the Home Counties.
- Clear communication, including a high level of reporting.
- Efficiently diagnose issues and find solutions.
- Ability to take ownership of a job and see it through to completion.
- Timely escalation to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Able to work within an ISO Quality driven company.
- To follow all health and Safety legislation
Service Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Autogate experience is a strong benefit.
- Welding certification would be a great advantage.
- Electrical and Mechanical bias will help enormously.
- Adaptable to changing work demands.
