Service Engineer Team Leader

Your future employer is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join the growing business, to add support to the London area, and provide training to the team. This is an excellent business that provides repairs and services to traditional / barista coffee machines, so previous experience working on similar equipment is essential.

Duties of the coffee machine engineer:

• Working on a range of traditional / barista coffee machines
• Previous experience training and developing engineers
• Carrying out machine repairs, services and installations
• Carrying out fault finding and diagnostics
• Working on installations and leading other team members for larger projects
• Carrying out planned maintenance
• Working alongside the technical manager
• Covering a local area, and occasionally travelling to further jobs
• Provide excellent customer service and training
• Liaise with the service team for reactive calls

Previous experience of the coffee machine engineer:

• 5 years’ engineering experience on traditional coffee machines
• Strong communication skills
• Previous leadership experience
• A strong understanding of electrical and plumbing works
• Previous fault-finding skills (use of a multimemeter)
• Full, clean UK drivers licence

Due to the nature of the position and the generous package on offer, previous engineering experience on coffee machines is essential for this role.
