Service Engineer-Food Manufacturing Machinery

Field Based, candidates should be based within 1 hour of Leicester

Up to £45K plus benefits plus Time off in lieu

7AM-3.30PM (client will also consider candidates looking for part time work)

Are you an engineer with experience of fault finding food manufacturing machinery , looking for a role offering autonomy and excellent work/life balance?

The role is working for an SME business focusing on machine inspection, calibration and repair to food manufacturing machinery, namely Metal detection systems , x ray machinery and industrial Checkweighers.

The role will have a national patch but the majority of current clients are in the East Midlands/East Anglia area.

The role

  1. Permanent role, full or part time, field based, covering a national patch
  2. Working on client sites within the food manufacturing sector.
  3. Fault finding and repairs to Metal detection systems , x ray machinery and industrial Checkweighers.


The Person

  1. Working background in electrical/mechanical engineering
  2. Experience of working with/repairing either/all of Metal detection systems , x ray machinery and industrial Checkweighers.
  3. Willing to travel and work on client sites with a UK driving licence
