The Service Desk Support professional will play a pivotal role in the organisation. As a key member of the service team, you'll be responsible for logging service calls, managing contractors, and providing comprehensive client and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently log and track service calls, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with contractors to schedule and oversee service tasks, maintaining quality standards and adherence to deadlines.
  • Produce regular internal reports for client performance and KPI tracking
  • Prepare and deliver detailed client reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for service improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Smart thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex service issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate data and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Prior experience in a service desk environment or a related field is preferred but not essential.
