2nd Line Service Desk Support, 2nd Line
We have an exciting opportunity for Service Desk Support Engineer to join a leading organisation based in the South East. For this position, please note you must have active SC Clearance to apply for this position.
Rate - £250 to overall assignment rate of umbrella
Location - South East - 5 Days a Week Onsite
Duration - 12 Months with the opportunity of extension
Key Skills
- Handle incoming technical support incidents
- Management of personal call queues and ensure calls are all closed in a timely
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with internal teams to deliver strong processes
- The ability to escalate to 3rd Line Teams when necessary
