Service Desk Engineer

Opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer to join a growing business in Stockton! You will be providing first class support across their diverse portfolio of clients.

Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience.

What will you be doing?

As a Service Desk Engineer you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be expected to deal with incoming technical queries. You will also be collaborating within the team of support engineers escalating and supporting 2nd and 3rd line support.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft OS and Server OS.
  • Experience with MS365.
  • A passion for technology and development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
