SERVICE DESK ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY WITH A LEADING GLOBAL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PROVIDER IN STOKE-ON-TRENT.

Service Desk Engineer role with experience as a Service Desk Engineer or a similar role.
Attractive benefits package.

Service Desk Engineer role
Our client seeks a detail-oriented Service Desk Engineer proficient in PC and software support. Your main responsibilities will be to assist their technical team to ensure prompt resolution of all incidents and requests, logging tickets and troubleshooting independently. Comprehensive support is available when needed. Immerse yourself in a dynamic, results-driven environment that values diverse technical skills and embraces future challenges.


Preferred skills and experience

  • Proficient background as a service desk technician.
  • Customer service experience
  • Outstanding analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-sufficient with a knack for independent work.
  • Rapid learner with a proactive approach.
  • Experience with service management domains.
