Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them secure a talented Service Desk Analyst/IT Support Engineer for an initial 10 month contract.

You will be tasked with the following,

- Being the first point of contact for IT related queries, excellent customer service is essential.

- Handheld device support

- Installation and configuration of hardware & software

- Active Directory administration

- Windows 10, Office 365, Intune, Networking to include TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP etc
