My client are looking for a Service Co-ordinator on a Maternity Cover contract for approx. 9 months, but potential to go permanent for the right person, to support the team in a growing area of the business.

THIS WILL BE OFFICE BASED INITIALLY FOR TRAINING AND THEN BECOME A REMOTE WORKING ROLE.

You will schedule the workload for the HVAC, mobile Heating, Chiller and AC engineers as required.

You will need to be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism, organisation, motivation, attention to detail including building relationships with customers and engineers is essential.

The Role

  • Managing the weekly engineer schedule
  • Assigning engineers visits
  • Issue service reports on completion of works
  • Produce customer quotations
  • Scheduling subcontractor service visits
  • Assist with updating the monthly Service reports
  • Update planner per site
  • Raise and issue purchase orders
  • Authorising supplier invoices
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Update CRM
  • Create new customer accounts
  • Any tasks
  • Regular phone/ email communication between team, subcontractors, customers and End User.

Key Skills/Experience

  • Experience in the HVAC or Energy industry desirable
  • Adept in handling in bound calls for customer queries and service requests
  • MICROSOFT Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Administration
  • Process driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Passionate about achieving high levels of service and delivery
