Job Title: Service Coordinator
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity to work for an established and fast-growing company. Our client is looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Service Coordinator to join their scheduling team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Proven experience with administration or scheduling.
·Customer Service Experience
·Excellent communication skills
·Good attention to detail
·IT literate and fast learner
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Liaise with engineers and customers to arrange maintenance appointments.
·Logging all appointments on the CRM system to keep an accurate log of upcoming work.
·Maintain a log of any outstanding workloads.
·Respond to incoming enquiries from customers and delegate to the relevant person.
·Resolve customer issues and send out engineers if necessary.
·Identify suitable spare parts for upcoming work and check available stock
·Ensure the system is kept up to date and fully compliant.
