Starting Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Service Co-ordinator based in Essex.

Salary:
 Up to £35k (dependent on experience)
Location: Epping, Essex.
Sector: Fire and Security

The right candidate: 
We're seeking a proactive individual with exceptional organisation and communication skills to support our engineers. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling call-outs, and managing job orders.

Responsibilities

· Manage emails and telephone inquiries for new jobs and emergency call-outs, ensuring immediate response.
· Maintain accurate records by logging information into our CRM system.
· Coordinate parts and equipment procurement, including issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
· Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate engineers' schedules.
· Facilitate communication by sending job sheets to clients and requesting purchase orders.
· Monitor ongoing jobs, ensuring engineers complete required job sheets and liaise with subcontractors as needed.

Requirements

· 2-5 years' experience in a similar role with strong communication skills.
· Polite telephone manner and customer service expertise.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office with exceptional attention to detail.
· Organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
· Capable of solving logistical problems and interpreting technical queries.
· Experience in a service desk environment preferred, familiarity with Fire and Security systems and CRM systems advantageous.
