Service Charge Officer

Basingstoke, Hampshire

Hybrid working

£28,000 - £35,000

My client located in Basingstoke are seeking a Service Charge Officer to join the team on a contract until the end of October. 

Your role will include:

- Calculating and preparing estimated service charge budgets for properties in your area, and issuing statements to customers

- Annual reconciliation of service charge accounts against estimates, calculating & applying balancing adjustments, and informing customers

- Collating and analysing a variety of data

- Providing a great customer-focused service, being the first point of contact for customers, providing understanding & resolutions to complex queries & disputes

Experience required:

- Be customer focused

- Demonstrate thorough analytical skills with strong experience in Excel

- Have high attention to detail to ensure data is accurate and reliable

- Be a collaborative team member, but also able to work independently and under pressure

- Plan and prioritise your workload to balance

- Work proactively with others to resolve complex queries quickly
